Depends on the circumstances. In a primary with Donald Trump? No, but he would have a good shot in an open 2024 primary.

No. He had extraordinary luck in winning his 2021 primary over Amanda Chase. He’d falter pretty badly against much more trumpy candidates like DeSantis. However, if he did a Mitt Romney-sequel switch to the right, it’s possible but still not likely.
