This poll makes me think that the Calif polls showing Biden leading there, are probably correct (versus the ones showing Warren leading).
Not sure though, but maybe?
I would not make that extrapolation. California has a lot of densely populated far-left areas that make its electorate significantly different from Arizona's. AZ may be trending left, but culturally it really can't be compared to places like SF or Berkeley. Whatever happens in the Phoenix suburbs this cycle, it won't be very indicative of what to expect in the Bay.
