I could support the VAT if the Income Tax,Payroll Tax & the Corporate Tax is gone.

That would raise $1 to $1.1 trillion annually. Do you have any suggestions to lower spending to match?

I believe in a very small Government. I don't believe we should have a warfare state &  & I don't believe we should have a welfare state either.
