Neither of these candidates had even $1 million in the bank at the last filing, and yet are still flying across the country between the early states, and holding multiple events per day.

Will the campaigns spiral into debt over the coming months?

Or are they just days/weeks from withdrawing?

Castro's probably dropping out within the next few weeks.

You have to have a very inflated ego to run for president. Every mid tier candidate probably thinks they're one interview, viral moment or act of god away from their campaigns catching fire.

Marianne Williamson has a following from her time as an author and clergy women, so she is skilled with possessing the need to talk around and advertise herself. She’s rich and able to spread news about herself better than most, but she isn’t a billionaire or possessing of political capital like other candidates.

Castro and Beto are done politically, having 2 TX in race was too much and people don't know TX Dems except Ann Richards, due to TX R trend

They are probably in it for reasons unrelated to winning the nomination. Williamson might try to stay in the race to get some free attention and maybe some more book sales. As for Castro, maybe he wants to be a possible VP pick or get his old secretary of HUD in the new executive branch. Or maybe he might plan to announce for a Senate bid, but that seems increasingly unlikely.
