2020 Democratic Primary Presidential Predictions

Could I ask when the cut off point is for predictions please? I ask as the caucuses in Iowa do not open for another six hours or so and having been informed by sources on the ground they expect Sanders to get 30%+, I wanted to change my prediction to reflect this and couldn't, therefore would like to know for future reference?

I just updated my map and was locked out of Iowa, so maybe there's no set cutoff point for the whole thing.
