Biden would get 100% of at large delegates and the vast majority, maybe 100%, of the district delegates.

Looks like they only polled the oldest, wealthiest South Carolina Democrats they could find.

This doesn’t exactly come as a surprise to anyone who isn’t blinded by their pro-Warren/pro-Sanders/anti-Biden bias.

I'm reasonably sure he's mailed out more paper products to SC voters than cutting down all trees in SC would provide.

Second poll to show Steyer at non-negligible support levels in SC (an average of around 12-13% I believe). Guessing there's a lot of people who don't know really anything about any of the candidates being persuaded by ad buys and mailers.

But yeah, just like I've been saying:

Biden would get 100% of at large delegates and the vast majority, maybe 100%, of the district delegates.

Biden's on track (at least in SC) to get a larger percentage of delegates than Clinton, even with just 35% of the vote.

This poll is from October. No idea why it was bumped.

He's literally saturated the airwaves and mailers here. I'm not that shocked he's doing well. Almost every commercial on TV is a Tom Steyer commercial.
