In contrast to other polls we’ve seen, this poll actually has Biden winning the white vote by double digits, but Sanders is able to hold his own by winning Hispanics by a 23 point margin(!)…(the Hispanic sample is 73 people so MoE is big).

white:
Biden 25%
Sanders 13%
Warren 13%
Buttigieg 7%

black:
Biden 46%
Sanders 18%
Warren 8%
Bloomberg 5%

Hispanic:
Sanders 46%
Biden 23%
Warren 8%
Yang 6%

I think it's pretty safe to say we can throw that 13% white number for Sanders in the garbage: has there ever been a national poll showing his white support that low?

The real questions are black and latino support levels. We've seen multiple polls as of late showing Sanders around 20% among blacks and 40% or more with latinos: while the median Southern black voter casting a ballot before the median non-Southern black voter would weaken his initial position, if those numbers are true and hold, Sanders would be in a solid position overall - even before any other candidates dropped out (25% of the national vote even with white support only at 20%).

The number among Hispanics are crazy. Sanders is leading by 23% as per this poll (which is comparable to Biden who is leading by 28% among Black voters).

If Sanders wins Iowa & NH, I think he will overtake or be neck & neck among white voters with Biden.
