How well would he do running for the GOP nomination in 2024?

Wouldn't surprise me if he does well. Honestly, if you made this thread in 2011 about Donald J. Trump, everybody would have laughed. Think of that if your first reaction to the OP is "Lmao, the guy won't go anywhere".

The difference is Trump had the money needed to run a campaign and the media covered him non stop.  Trump is also brilliant at Marketing , while Alex Jones is not.

Jones already reached the peak of his popularity years ago.

Poorly, because he's already been deplatformed from Youtube and Twitter, so he can't dominate the social media discussion the way Trump can and use that to steer broadcast media coverage.

Alex Jones would get at least 45% of the vote in the general election if he was the GOP nominee. Make peace with it.

Actually, Sane Moderates (TM) will turn out in droves against him! This is true and Mark Sanford has a chance in 2020!

I would think he'd do better than people would think. He'd probably get 3rd or 4th place for the nomination.

The media would do everything in their power to prevent his nomination, up to and including constantly talking about his candidacy and followers and rallies in alarmed tones, drowning out all other GOP candidates and narratives.

He'd be toast for sure.
