John James outraised Gary Peters by 500k in Q3, still trails in COH.

Still a loser.

Another day of Republicans releasing polls that look bad for them. Today the Trump camp released a poll that only showed them up by 3 points in 30 seats that Trump won in 2016.

The Generic Ballot is basically unchanged since the midterms.

Yikes for Ernst!

Diminishing returns from fundraising $ in a small state like IA, especially when it comes to advertising. Ernst could do a bit better but Greenfield has maxed out on the easiest gains from fundraising and will now probably be spending a lot on campaign infrastructure (which has a smaller ROI). This problem is even more apparent in Maine where Collins' $3m is enough and Gideon's $9m isn't going to be much more effective.

You can start moving money into other efforts like GOTV.

Cook Political just made these Senate race rating changes:

Georgia to Tossup?!?! I thought Amy Walter worked there and she said it just wasn’t there yet?

She’s no longer on the Senate beat. They still have Colorado as a toss up however.

Schupp (MO-02): $1.9M
Ives (IL-06): $1M

I've yet to see a single Ives ad, but a ton of Casten ads.

How long did they keep FL-26 a toss up? One month?

was thinking the same thing. seemed very overreactive

They always got to find one or two races to move to the other party so that they can claim to be non-partisan

Cook does this, Crystal Ball and Inside Elections are more cut-throat.
