It is a good poll for Biden.  But Atlas is already discussing the Biden post-mortem when he loses the nomination to Warren--so this is a junk poll.  Feel free to flail away at Binder as Obama's in-house pollster and his (obvious) inherent bias to Biden.

This firm was also made millions from the Clinton campaign and DNC in 2016.
