I know we make fun of Emerson a bit around here but this is bizarre even by their standards.

Watch out, YangGang coming through fast!

What did I say...

I don't think he'll win, but my "bold" prediction is that he ends this race with more support/votes than Buttigieg and Harris

It's still September and already there's a poll with him beating Buttigieg and Harris.

Yang gets as many Sanders 2016 voters as Biden, statistically sharing the third spot after the obvious Sanders and Warren. Smiley

Bernie is getting more Clinton people than I would have expected honestly.

He's very popular with black and Hispanic voters.  Favorability polls have shown that time and time again.  I'm not surprised.

In this Emerson poll, no Democrat got more than 4 votes with Republican voters likely to vote in Democratic primaries 2020. With one exception. Yang got 13.

Probably an outlier at this point but it does show a trend.

This poll also shows Trump at net +1 job approval nationally, which seems like a huge outlier as well.

We can make eric82oslo jokes as much as we want, but I'm really happy to see Yang so high. I didn't realize Democrats were smart enough to see the potential in him. Good going, guys.
