Would love if NYT/Siena did weekly polls now heading into the election.

Has Nate spoken about if they're doing the live polls again?

I'd have preferred PA or TX over NH, but I guess I shouldn't complain. Seems like these will be pretty definitive as to the state of the race generally.

It's possible they're putting out a few tomorrow and then a few after that maybe?

He has said they are not doing the live polls this year.

That's unfortunate. Hopefully they have enough NYT/Siena battleground polls then.

Before anyone gets too excited, a reminder that their last NV polls two years ago were Heller +2 and Laxalt +1.

Hopefully Atlas will remain calm, reasonable, and will approach the polls objectively with out any overreaction. We’re all mature individuals here, aren’t we?

Oh who am I kidding, if the poll is Biden+3 or something, we’ll have 9 pages in less than 10 hours

I'm trying to think of the worst poll combination that would cause the biggest freakout. Biden+2 in NV, Biden+1 in WI, Biden+2 in MN, and Biden+4 in NH?

At least we know the polls are *new* though since they're still in the field today. Most polls we've gotten are barely post-military comments

My predictions in order of how intrigued I am in the state poll

1.   NV:   Biden +1
2.   NH:   Biden +6
3.    WI:   Biden +4
4.  MN:   Biden +7

Deliberately setting myself fairly low.

My god, the samples on these are ridiculous. Biden will be lucky to not be behind in all four states.

Yeah, so NH is really the only composite that is accurate.

Wisconsin being Trump +6 is really ridiculous.

If these end up being wonky, then that will be exactly why. But I'll hold judgement since the June polls had AZ for example like Trump +10 no the vote but I think still with a Biden good lead.

Nope, Biden leads in all: NH+3, NV+4, WI+5, MN+9.  See the polling subforum for more details.

Looks like we are getting a Quinnipiac South Carolina poll.
