September 17, 2019President Trump announces on twitter that he will be nominating Deputy Secretary of Defence David Norquist to become his new National Security Advisor, replacing John Bolton.

President Trump has responded by calling the Democrats "un-american". The NSA position does not require Senate Advise and Consent. Norquist has met with Secretary Pompeo and the rest of the Trump cabinet.
President Trump has also announced his support for a US-Israel Military agreement, which he and Prime Minister Netanyahu hope to solidify if the Likud is able to form a Government. Benny Gantz, leader of the Blue and White is hoping to pick up the majority in the Knesset. Gantz has the support of a majority of liberal minds in Washington.
President Trump addressed media in New Mexico before boarding Air Force One to return to Andrews Air Force Base. Trump was asked, "why did you say "no one likes Latinos better than the country?"" Trump responded by saying that NBC was fake news, and that 60% of latinos opposed migrant asylum. Many Congressional members, and 2020 candidates denounced Trump's comments.

President Trump called on strikers at the GM facilities in Michigan to "return to work please, for the sake of our economic growth," labor leaders, including the AFL-CIO president, have criticised Trump's comments.
