Fellow Delegates,

As a major proponent of the winner of first flag referendum, I would like to say it is clear that for the most part the people of the South want a flag that consists of a red St. Andrew's cross on a white background, defaced in the center with The Great Seal. However it is unfortunate that the current depiction of the flag is asymmetrical. The version proposed in this bill keeps all the elements that the people voted in favor of and will be symmetrical.

As there has only been comments of support for this, I believe it is time we get onto the business of passing this Bill.

I motion for a Final Vote.
