DeSantis doesn't even have a year in office. A lot can change between now and 2022.

But to answer the question, it's obviously Nebraska.

How exactly is NE the "obvious" answer here?

An open seat gubernatorial election in FL should easily be more competitive than one in NE, no matter how incompetent the FL Democratic Party may be. Plus, who are the NE Democrats going to recruit that be a strong gubernatorial candidate?

Not saying a future Democratic governor in NE isn't going to happen, but come on, it's not like the odds of it happening are higher than in FL.
