This is gross negligence on the part of prison officials.  It shocks the conscience, especially when you consider that this is the prison where they kept El Chapo from committing suicide.

I'm not discounting a conspiracy to commit a premeditated killing or assisted suicide, nor do I believe such a conspiracy took place.  However, we've seen numerous instances in history where prison officials were told to look the other way or participate in assassination attempts.  It permeates literature all the way back from the middle centuries to modernity.  The Epstein death stinks. 

I think the absolute denial of a conspiracy is extremely close-mindedness to me.  Someone I know discounted it because "why would someone do something so obvious?"  Well if your a powerful person with nothing to lose and a giant ego, nothing is too big.

I looked up the post and it seems too specific not to have been posted by a member of the FDNY or at least someone who was present or knows someone who was present. Doesn’t necessarily mean that the poster is alt-right, btw.

From reading the linked article, that actually appears to be the case. It's not definitive as the Article is written either quite poorly, or intentionally obfuscates the facts for maximum sensationalism.

I believe Epstein was in his late sixties though and those types of broken bones are more likely to be associated with suicide when the deceased is on the older side IIRC.  For that reason, I would discourage folks from drawing any conclusions from this absent further new developments (as tempting as it may be to do so).

Yeah, just because something is “more common” in strangulation than hanging doesn’t mean it wasn’t the latter. I think the conspiracy is starting to obscure the facts.

It was not immediately clear why some video footage outside Epstein’s cell is too flawed for investigators to use or what is visible in the usable footage.
