Allende easily
Allende very enthusiastically, what could have been of Project Cybersyn is something I’ll never forgive or forget.
If you are interested, there is a chilean writer called Jorge Baradit (one of the most popular writers around here) who has a book called SYNCO, which is set in an alternate reality, in which Pinochet stop the coup (supporting Allende) and the government successfully implements the Cybersyn. I don't know if there is an english version though.
