Mine would be

1. Clinton's 2nd Debate 1992
2. Romney's 1st Debate 2012
3. Reagan's 2nd Debate 1980(Note First Debate was with Anderson)

Interesting how you have Reagan listed when you openly talk about it being over rated on multiple occasions. Anyways, my three

1. I agree, Romney 2012, it gave him a temporary lead and probably helped his defeat be less bad than it could have been at one point

2. Perot in 1992, single handedly brought himself back into the national scene, not a Perot fan, but even I have to admit he did a good job on that one thing

3. Trump second debate 2016, only because of the fact that he went from going from certain defeat after that to rebounding his numbers and eventually winning, meaning that he must have been able to appeal to some people

Well it’s overrated cause people act like it turned a close race into a landslide which I think did not . It was still a great performance just not as great as most people say it is .

1. Reagan when he debated Carter in 1980
2. Bill Clinton in 1992 when he did well with the deficit question (even though the question was worded pretty stupidly which is why Bush struggled)
3. Either Romney or Hillary's first general election debate

Other perhaps more significant debate performances were more about one candidate doing badly (eg Dukakis and Al Gore)
