Bad news. My university computers seem unable to access the Atlas for whatever reason, and my laptop is still out of commission. I would be happy to finish the turn when it is back, but unfortunately that seems likely to be a while.

The next step is for the Prime Minister-designate to develop a Queen's Speech. This can be as simple as a bullet-point list of five to ten key promises and pledges that the Government will pursue. Once this is posted, we will have a debate, followed by a vote, on the Queen's Speech. If the Speech passes, Darling will be Prime Minister. If not, we go back to the drawing board.

I was hoping to have David Cameron and the Tories and Anna Soubry and ChangeUK respond to the Speech before initiating the vote.
