I'm sure someone could get the data.   But I would have to say no.    Close to half his national vote came from the NYC area.    Of the five counties, Wallace received 18% of the vote in the Bronx, 16% in Kings County (Brooklyn), and 15% of the vote in New York County (Manhattan).  That reduced Truman's NYC vote to about 52%.  And that was enough to tip the state to Dewey.
