Well, in a bog standard Humanities/Social Science university course the real thing you're learning is the skills of being able to take in and analyse information, structure your thoughts, deal with complex issues and so on... The actual "facts" that you learn are not so important in the long run.

In that respect, atlas is clearly realy no match for a university degree.
