This would be more likely to be a Dem Party as both are too the left of Republicans like Romney and Kasich(both who are moderate Republicans).


Santander is a troll most of the time but the times he is actually serious he shows why he is a Democrat and not a Republican

Actually, a liberal, even a liberal Republican, certainly would.. Thatcher and Reagan were both awful. That hardly means I'm a fan of Corbin, though.

No way would a Rockefeller Republican favor full on socialism over Reaganomics . Reagan was still to considerably more moderate than the 1920s GOP, and even compared to Republicans like Taft . If there was an election between McGovern and Reagan (heck even Goldwater) I have no doubt most Rockefeller Republicans would back Reagan .


We have proof of the in the U.K. where One Nation Tories backed Thatcher over Michael Foot . Heck over here Jacob Javits backed Reagan over Carter and Mondale(Neither of whom are as left wing as McGovern, Bernie or AOC).
