Cuomo is not surviving a primary.
Since 1) you have to be a
registered Democratic voter for like 674 years in NY to even vote in a Democratic primary, 2) lots of low-info voters being driven out by machines will just vote for the name they recognize and don't know or care about these recent scandals, 3) there'll undoubtedly be like 12 Democratic challengers vowing for the nomination this time given "high-info"
perceived weakness of Cuomo and 4) you don't need a majority to win, it's very easy to see how Cuomo slides by with like 30% in the primary and 40-45% in the GE.
