Of course he isn't, Bill DeBasio says he has confidence in Cuomo, this doesn't mean that he won't face a primary next yr, if NYorkers want him out, start impeachment or run a primary candidate

Since New York D's keep voting for Cuomo every primary season since he botched the 2010 Redistricting, let them have him.

If Cuomo was the Gov in Cali he would be recalled and wouldnt survive  in IL, other D state, Cuomo is a terrible Gov and there were plenty of D's challenging him in the primaries

He isn't Progressive

It's politics why Ds want Cuomo to go, he messed up Redistricting last time by agreeing with R State Senate on redraw of lines, they want a Progressive to redraw the lines for NY

The irony is that if Rs convict Cuomo, a Progressive LT Gov will redraw the lines and multiple Rs will be losing seats in NY

It will be funny if FL flipped blue and NY flipped red which can happen, but Cuomo needs to be out and let D's have this race, he will cause this race and out Redistricting race to be contested

We know exactly why Cuomo won't resign, the model for D's and Mario Cuomo, Moynihan, Terry McAuliffe, GILLIBRAND and Chuck Schumer, Nitta Lowey and Charles Rangle is to defend Bill Clinton during Lewinsky

Also the Statute of Limitations ran out on Biden and Tara Reade, the models for why Andrew Cuomo won't resign

Cuomo won't lose his pension, he will simply resign as Gov since he has to step aside anyways once he is impeached be sure of that
