Lee Kamikaze Zeldin will challenge Cuomo  :

Seems like a really big longshot campaign.   House members actually have a pretty bad record of winning Governor races, especially when their voting record is going against the state's partisan lean.

With or without Cuomo, Zeldin isn't gonna find this easy.

It seems pretty dubious that the court would even have the authority to force the Senate committee to approve a nominee.

It's not like the committee is denying LaSalle a vote.  They voted on him and rejected him, what more can the court ask for?

Lol not even close.

That's just embarrassing.  Hochul has really put herself through a lot of needless torture for this ordeal.
