I know that Ohio voted for Dewine to be Governor on election night of the 2018 midterms, but what did it do on other midterm election nights? Is there a difference between its tendency in first-term midterms and its tendency in second-term midterms? Does whether or not the candidates on the midterm ballot are incumbents have an effect?
