No reports of vote totals prior to polls being closed are credible, and spreading such reports is irresponsible. In most jurisdictions ballots are not even counted until after polls close, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to know vote totals prior to official results reporting. Having checked the relevant laws and guidelines in Kentucky, it is illegal to count votes prior to polls closing. Anyone purporting to have done so is claiming to have conducted criminal activity and broken the law.

Related are people on Twitter reporting "exit polls" at twelve noon on election day.

KY SOS website says that after a recanvass of 115/120 counties, no irregularities or votes were made in error save for a write-in.

Deep state just got deeper, fellas!

That's a pathetic excuse. The fact that most voters in Kentucky are either former Democrats and/or ancestral Democrats (I presume that was what he meant) means virtually nothing when 9 times out of 10 they vote Republican.

By that logic, the GOP has an uphill battle in West Virginia, Mississippi, and Tennessee in 2020.

It reminds me of tweets that I've seen after JBE was re-elected.  I kid you not: "Louisiana is a Democrat blue state.  Always has been, no wonder the Democrat won!"
