Jimmy answered this question on Discord, but he has personal circumstances that inform his opinion. I'll just say that I have no strong opinions one way or another on the issue; I'm focused on solving issues that I believe are fundamental to the simulation we all enjoy first and foremost, and wish more elected officials would pay attention to that.

The issues is that you are still a Democrat a heart, so, very few people will change their minds as a result of this. To really win swing voters, you should become a moderate or centrist. A green avatar just means that you are disgruntled with both American parties, but many commonly know that you are a Democratic county party chair. Lastly in Atlasia, you remain a partisan Laborite. This does not make me, or fellow moderates, likelier to vote for you.

STATEMENT ON LINCOLN AMENDMENT

The Better Lincoln Governance Amendment deserves to be ratified. As I spoke at length about it in my first speech, but expanding the size of legislative chambers in the regions ultimately leads to a proliferation of unfilled and/or devalued offices, which was exactly how we ended up in utter collapse in 2015. While I am not entirely satisfied with the totality of the amendment, the most important criteria - a lower cap on the maximum number of offices - is the most integral part of the amendment with respect to our game's long-term viability. It's also the only component addressed anywhere in this amendment that if left unchecked has the potential to derail our game. I'm glad to see it is currently on track to pass, but there is still 24 more hours to vote. Lincoln residents should support this needed reform to constrain the excesses of parlimentarianism.

Happy to officially endorse your campaign. It is frightening to me that many of the same mistakes of the past are now rearing their ugly head, and it is imperative that we do not set our nation back 5 years by subscribing to this idea that we need more offices. How quickly we forget 2015.
