Perhaps Orange County, CA had some such voters, who saw Obama vs. Romney as Tweedledum and Tweedledee and, while they have no particular affection for Hillary Clinton, were repulsed by Trump.

I would think such a voter would be a shoo-in to vote Dem in 2020 if Trump is the nominee. To what extent should the Dems court such a voter?
