People are robbing banks on Lebanon looking for their own money. Then when arrested by the Police, some banks are not laying charges.
Here is a weird scenario. What if Jawad Slim, who for arguments sake, has $20,000 in savings which is barred from being withdrawn.
What if he applies for a personal load with the bank for $20,000?
