California and it's not really close. I hate the cold and even though I like Hawaii island fever is a real thing.

California, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Hawaii in that order. All are freedom states though, I wouldn't mind living in any of them. Hawaii is only last because I would probably get tired of the tropical weather. I could imagine it getting old really quick.

I strongly agree. Annapolis is a really cool city! Severna Park was a place I always viewed as a typically military suburban area, though, so not of any particular interest.
