Please note that Jill Karofsky's name does not contain an "N".

Giannis could be elected Governor if he ran right now. Don’t know why he would, but I’m sure it’d be his if he wants it.
Is he even an american citizen ?

Giannis is not a U.S. citizen (he has dual citizenship in Greece and Nigeria) so he is ineligible to be governor of Wisconsin.

Can both sides be right? Both parties saw success across the state Tuesday. I guess I'd say Republicans were a tad more victorious overall though.

Yes.  I saw some comments from Wisconsin political journalists on Twitter that noted both sides had some results to feel good about, but that statewide it was pretty much a draw or very slightly better for Republicans.

It won't matter electorally. This race is much more high-profile than the special election Robert Regan lost. You can't elect a Democratic dog-catcher this year, thanks to Sleepy Joe Biden not fighting.

Do you get an endorphin rush or something similar from dooming?  I'm genuinely curious.

The 538 model had been assuming Kleefisch as the nominee.  They've now updated it for Michels, and Evers's probability of winning jumped from 71% to 79% in the Deluxe model, and from 81% to 91% in Classic.

About time

Vos should reimburse the taxpayers of Wisconsin for the money that was spent on this farcical investigation.

I assume Vos refused to personally stage a coup against Gov. Evers and award the state's electoral votes to Donald JOHN Trump.

Yep.  Vos refused to pursue a post-election effort to decertify Biden's win in the state (a correct decision, as there is absolutely no legal mechanism to do so), and this angered Trump.

I've gone back and forth between thinking he's a concern trolling doomer and that he's sincere, but extraordinarly bad at political prediction.

I'm not a troll, just a pessimist. I say what I believe.

There is absolutely nothing right now that suggests you should be pessimistic. Could that change? Yes of course, but not right now.

It's a day ending in "y".

Madison has 1,475 early-in person votes today. That number does NOT include mail-in ballots. I will update that number periodically the next couple of weeks as Madison’s City Clerk updated the numbers.

There are 192,000 registered voters in the city of Madison.

That does not indicate Democrats are in trouble at all.

That was sarcasm, right?

No, he simply means that (in an objective, non-doomer world) you cannot draw a conclusion that Democrats are in trouble based on those numbers.
