Might I also point out that Emsworth is far more intelligent and mature than you are.

Might I point out that I am far more moderate than Emsworth on economics and on social issues we are virtually identical, he is actually just a tad more liberal than me.

Yes, but while you are making polls, Emsworth is fighting to protect our constitutional rights.

Hardly. He thinks strip clubs are not constitutional protected.

Well, when that's the defining issue of an election, I'll give you all due consideration. Actually, it's in local politics here at the moment: http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20051113/COLUMNIST0101/511130385/1092/NEWS

For what I fear will be far from the last time, please shut the hell up about your stupid strip clubs.  Believe it or not, most people don't actually care whether they're banned or restricted, or whatever.  It has zero effect on anybody on this forum except yourself, and the vast majority of Americans too.  As a result, it is not an issue that people might preference you over Emsworth for.

Emsworth is fighting to get rid of the rights of working Americans and opposes government doing anything to protect people.  At least BRTD supports the minimum wage.

As far as I'm concerned, BRTD and Emsworth are equally extreme.

The general tone of ridicule in that article should hopefully highlight just how much of a stupid issue it is in general.

So you consider it extremely stupid that the idiots that push for those retarded regulations make such a big fuss getting them passed?

To be clear, it is an editorial, not just a news article. I thought it would be more fun to read.

You actually made quite a big fuss about smoking bans when I said I supported them. How is this much different?

Smoking bans affect far more people than strip club regulations do.

By the way, someone standing right behind me is laughing his head off at your stupidity.

Yes, smoking bans actually mean so that people who aren't stupid enough to pay to inhale that cancer causing awful smelling sh!t can actually go out and not have to put up with that crap from people who do instead of simply staying home ever single night and never ever going out or having any fun at all (which is what smoking ban opponents say anyone who doesn't have to put up with smoke should do)

Strip club regulations on the other hand, don't accomplish anything. If you don't like strip clubs and don't go to them, then it doesn't not affect you one iota whether or not the strippers are allowed to touch customers.

It "doesn't not affect you"? Oh. Well, then it must affect you.

I don't think that Emsworth has a childish "whatever I don't like should be illegal, and whatever I like should be legal regardless of how stupid/outrageous it is" attitude. As I mentioned earlier, Emsworth is also clearly more intelligent than you are. Therefore, aside from your ridiculous obsession with strip clubs, what exactly do you have to offer that Emsworth doesn't? What exactly do you have to offer that my rabbits and Alcoun's cat don't?

Simple I am more moderate than him. You don't have to deal with his extremist economic positions and rather my more moderate economic positions.

I showed his strip club threads to a few others in a hotel room the other month when we were sitting around my laptop computer being bored deadbeat vacationers. Tongue Suffice it to say that the reaction was hysterical. Grin

I know an eleven-year-old who is more moderate than both of you are and probably more mature than you are, though not the constitutional intellectual that Emsworth is.

What's to figure out? Emsbot just declares everything that guards and empowers average people "unconstitutional".
