God dammit, I missed this bill while I was going over the AFG board this past Friday. I wish I could have motioned to amend the bill to remove 1.a and 1.c, but oh well.

Oops. Forgot to specify I meant section III. The part about the posters. I'm ok with the posters coming down if you have them on your website, but facts about labor laws should always be available to people at all times, not just when they first get hired. a. and c. make it really easy for an employer to breeze through the "labor laws" section of employee orientation, since this law would allow them to hide the facts from clueless employees.
