To end trademarks of colors
Quote
I. Short Title
1. This bill may be referred to as the "Freedom of Color Act"
II. Action
1. No person or entity may claim trademark on a color used in their logo or branding.
2. All current color trademarks are hereby revoked.
III. Timing
1. This act takes effect immediately after passage.
