Hard to say for certain. The Hispano areas of New Mexico were Republican strongholds from 1912-1928, and the equivalent areas of southern Colorado voted GOP back to 1892 (except 1896). The Rio Grande Valley was mixed with some counties strongly GOP (especially near Laredo) and some strongly Democratic.
