It's a cheap answer, but Trump/Scheer has to be the more likely choice as Trump is basically guaranteed to be president for at least 20 days in 2021.

Considering this, Trump-Scheer actually becomes very likely lol.

But if we start in February 2021, then this:

Neither President Trump nor PM Trudeau looks likely right now, by PM Scheer is way more likely than President O'Rourke, so the former combo is far more likely.
