Both, assuming Jones had committed a sexual offense, use power, manipulation, and force to get sexual compliance of children whether through direct contact or through the law...if Jones were simply accused of being a pedophile with no evidence of acting on it..that makes it easier.

Jones likely does less harm overall and so if forced I’d have to choose him.
