I would vote for UWS given I agree with him the most and as for who would be number 2 it depends on whether or not foreign policy is a big issue or not as I would rank Goldwater number 2 in that case. So I would say

1. UWS
2. Goldwater(If Foreign Policy Is a Big issue)
2. Mongoose(If Foreign Policy Is not a Big Issue)
