Another inevitable act, although one with more clear positives. Time to get everyone on the table to decide the future, one where my tax dollars aren’t affected by.

Yea, South Vietnam was supposedly saved in 1973, and the US could have peace with honor. We all saw how that one worked out after the US pulled out.

Yea, South Vietnam was supposedly saved in 1973, and the US could have peace with honor. We all saw how that one worked out after the US pulled out.

To be fair, that was because Congress blocked honoring our agreement to come to the aid of South Vietnam until it was way too late and the Nixon and Ford administrations were tied up with other matters.
