A really long term map judging on long term trends :

I can see a North-South transfer of states and a strengthening of the Northern GOP as the party becomes more secular populist while Southerners face influxes from the North and may not vote GOP if it goes secular. I don't think hispanics are gonna be reliably more GOP but I think Asians will be more divided in their votes.

The 2020 United Workers' Republics presidential election based on a crude estimation of the popular vote within the pre-revolution state borders[1], a typical Socialist Labor Party victory but with an alarmingly decent performance for the minor parties amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Most notably, the Black Panther movement of the Black Belt Autonomous Republic aligns itself with the left-oppositionist Socialist Liberation Party for the first time since the Fall of Nixon[2]. The Ecological Society and the Social Democrats likewise pick up voters in the Southwest and Plains respectively over ongoing debates on energy policy- there's a solar power boom in the former and concerns over the return of Collectivization Era attacks on private property in the latter with calls to turn the diminishing agricultural land into a nature preserve or wind farm.

[1] Intended for internal consumption in the United States, or Hawaii as it insists on calling itself now despite the White Terror and continuing discrimination against actual indigenous Hawaiians.
[2] The New Left was united for a time before Ecology split off from Socialist Liberation with the disastrous presidency of Jimmy Carter, a former Lieutenant Colonel of the Strategic Atomic Forces credited with disobeying orders and preventing erroneous retaliatory nuclear attack.

I wonder what Hawaii’s elections look like in this timeline.

I wonder what Hawaii’s elections look like in this timeline.

The Democrats were never significant in pre-revolution Hawaii, and with the federal government's retreat from the mainland in 1935, they were folded into a National Union Party that dominated politics until the rise of the Progressive Party in the post-MacArthur years. The Progressives are pretty neat, they want a Hawaiian national identity that includes the colonizers and they also want their Anglo-Japanese backers to go to war with the International, which would quickly become the end of the world. It's a pretty balanced two-party system these days. The electoral college was abolished once it became clear that the mainland wouldn't be coming back anytime soon, so the president is elected by popular vote now just like in the Workers' Republics.

2100

The 21st century was one of general stagnation, and the 22nd will be one of regression. Extensive fighting to maintain the American empire- especially as a parallel China-led global order emerged in earnest from its present day contours in the 2030s- would culminate in a third world war in the 2060s. No one won. No attempts were made by the Allies to invade China proper while the blockade failed without sufficient cooperation from neutrals, and the exhaustion of the superpowers confirmed what the rest of the world already understood: there could be no global consensus. Amid runaway climate change, mass extinction, and resource depletion, each region had to coordinate its own response.

The Democrats' heyday was the peak of the green welfare state and consensus politics of continued development through social floors and environmental ceilings for capitalism. The abilities of the federal government and the global corporations they coexist with have diminished greatly since the war, however, and the long fermenting communitarian ideas in the Republican Party were codified as Green Realism: the collapse was an opportunity for traditional cultures and communities to flourish. Politics became local again. This appealed most to the winners of deglobalization- the Rust Belt cities in renaissance, the country's new breadbasket along the Canadian border, the scenic Idahoan wine country, the fiercely autonomous Portland-Vancouver Municipal Association and the supporters of the Democratic Confederalist party that notoriously broke the Democrats' back in the immediate aftermath of the war. The Democrats are the party of the old order, the cheated veterans, the climate refugee underclass, the destitute Sand States, the once high-opportunity Sun Belt cities that swelled with those from the abandoned coastal communities and are themselves increasingly left to ruin. While the United States is now widely recognized as a civilizational crossroads between the Anglosphere and Latin America, the borderlands are thinning as Spanish speakers leave for the opportunity of the Mexican Miracle in equal measure.

Yes, and it takes a perfect storm for him to be elected. The other two major contenders at the 2028 RNC (contested due to fact Trump dies after the primaries) were Nikki Haley and Tim Scott. Both would've won the NPV, and the electoral vote by more than 50 votes in North Carolina.
