Especially considering that many working class and pink collar workers are going to have to resort to payday loans stores which are little more than legalized loan sharking.

I have never had the need go to one of these payday loan stores, but I did walk into one with a friend years ago (he would go there to cash his checks), and I was looking at the federal/state mandated notices that explained the fees and interest rate, and I was very, very shocked at what they charged. I mean it was insanely expensive!

Guys like Ross can do this because they (A) are looking for a big windfall to end times of low cash flow, and (B) can get credit at great rates.  That doesn't apply to normal folks.
