I thank the House for their strong and decisive support for this resolution.

I do wonder whether it would be possible for those opposed to voice out what their exact concerns are so they can be discussed and/or addressed, particularly as it remains unclear what the problem might be.
Thank you for the information given above Mr. Secretary. I'm just concerned that if we forgive one debt it's a slippery slope to forgiving more. Yes I see section three, but I'm not convinced that that really means anything. Also we're facing a deficit and every dollar counts. I won't vote no, but I'll be abstaining.
