I may be lending Shadows too much credibility with this, but he may be bringing up that Warren would face possibly even more difficulty than Sanders in passing her agenda.

Because Sanders exuding excitement in the base would scare the moderates into doing something useful in ways not done since LBJ.

In the general election, he was the more policy focused candidate. Of course Cruz, Paul, and I'm sure others were more policy focused in the primaries.

Beet has a point; Trump's policies were more memorable and a bigger part of his message than Hillary's policies. Hillary's ads had very little about policy (https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2017/3/8/14848636/hillary-clinton-tv-ads), perhaps if she'd have more of an economic message of her own she'd have won.

Also the media coverage of them didn’t help with this. Clinton’s was mostly trying to build up the email scandal etc., whereas a lot of what were considered Trump’s “scandals” were his policy.
