Well, yes, but I can't do that until I'm reelected as PPT.

I am disappointed that the amendment did not pass. While I am certainly in favor working to eliminate pay equality, and many portions of this bill have a good merits to them, especially the parts about training, about fines and so forth, I think those will have a real tangible benefit. However on the other portions I don't see much tangible benefits to be arranged from that. Maybe the award could incentive some kind of innovation of some sort but I think that is rather ill suited to this since it is a matter of culture primarily and I don't think it is enough of an incentive to break that loose in any substantial way.

I am also not keen on raising taxes to fund measures that seem on the surface to be of limited utility in this regard. Though I will say I am open to being convinced otherwise on this point.

Before we go to a final vote on this, does the sponsor have anything (statements or amendments) to respond to the Deputy GM's concern regarding playability?

To address those concerns, I propose this amendment, adding this clause to section 12.

Abstain. I donít exactly like the way the playability aspect has been handled; it feels a somewhat lazy fix and I donít want to set a precedent of doing this.

I don't support this for the above reason Sestak outlined and I'm also more weary about this issue than many other lefties.
