If NH is in serious danger of flipping, Biden has already lost the election, so not sure how adding Hassan or Shaheen would benefit him. Choosing Abrams would definitely make more sense.

No, the state was very much considered in play in 2016. Nearly everyone thought NH was more winnable for Republicans than WI/PA for President and Senate.
