Out of all the Bush '04, Obama twice, Clinton '16 counties generally considered swing counties, This is probably the one he has the best shot in. He could plausibly win it even if the state still goes Biden and the state is one I think Trump has a better shot than most people think. (30% chance of winning statewide if he rebounds)

Sure, 10-15% chance of winning the state if he rebounds. I see Trump improving in the west and doing way worse on the Pacific coast.

Possible, but tough, its probably a bellwether on popular vote not electoral college so if Trump ties or beats Biden in popular vote then yes otherwise no.
