I think it's more the fact if someone disagrees with him, he puts them on ignore, like his ignore list is like more than half the active people on this forum.

I find it amusing how the response to Calthrina being too easily triggered is to be too easily triggered by Calthrina being too easily triggered.

I tried pointing this out to him a while back and I'm going to try again: Calthrina's problem is that he can't seem to understand that confronting people about being mean on the internet, especially over things most people just brush off, is just going to make things worse. Virtually this entire ordeal up to this point has been a constant cycle of someone snapping at Calthrina for w/e, then Cal being like, "I won't stand for this! Onto the list you go!", and then even more people pile on. Rinse & repeat. It's so senseless and worse, has been avoidable from the start. What Cal should have done is just put them on the ignore list and move on. Don't sit there trying to lecture them about ad hominem attacks. It will fall on deaf ears every time, and in this case, has become kind of a running joke among some people.

This is the pretty obvious conclusion of being on a forum where the main focus is an incredibly polarized, partisan topic. Calthrina sh**ts on Democrats, Democrats dunk on Calthrina, Republicans roll their eyes at the Democrats who dunk on Calthrina. Replace Calthrina with any other board user with similarly low self awareness and swap the parties and it's a pretty rote and predictable outcome.
