There are usually fortyish US Reps who decide to retire for whatever reason.

Some possibilities:

Don Young
Eddie Johnson
Grace Napolitano
Alcee Hastings
Hal Rogers
John Carter
Will Hurd
Rosa DeLauro
Alma Adams
Collin Peterson

And a few who could "retire" to seek higher office (I'm really not confident about any of these):

Greg Stanton
Chellie Pingree
Abby Finkenauer

Marchant too. He must be traumatized from Sessions and Culberson and must be in full panick unless the GOP redistricts his district.

A lot will depend on the perceived environment. There could be another mass Republican exodus if they feel they can’t win back the majority. On the other hand, a number of Democrats could retire if they feel their seats are safe with the party.
