But it raises the question of whether it would be illegal for him to simultaneously hold two different Senate seats from two different States, and moreover two different states that border each other. ?
(Sorry for the ?, what I really mean is !)If Scott Brown could run in two different states, then what if Jeb! is elected in multiple states? Would he have to pick one seat and then the other one would be filled by special election or appointment? I don't think there is any precedent saying he would have to, so I guess it would ultimately have to go to the Supreme Court.
